Returns Policy
Please view our return and refund policy carefully before you place order.
1. All the items ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge.
2. Orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equalling 25% of the item price.
3. You can’t cancel your order after the items have shipped.
4. Due to all the items are custom-made, we don’t accept any returns except in the case of damaged, incorrectly delivered merchandise or under similar circumstances.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and thank you in advance for your understanding.
Return Specification
Each item has been inspected carefully before it is shipped to you. If you find any big quality problem you think was generated during our inspection, please follow the following statements:
1. You have 5 business days from the time the delivery company delivers to the designated shipping address to notify us. Returns are not accepted without a Return Authorization. Failure to do so shall not be valid for any refund.
2. You must email a digital picture of the damage in question to our customer support. If we should be charged with the mistake, you could return the dress in 24 hours from the day we confirm it. For additional time, we will refuse to receive the dress.
3. Please be sure the dress should be new and IN GOOD CONDITION as the original one and in its original package! After we receive the returned dresses we will check it and send you a refund!
4. We will make you satisfy as you demand. Maybe all money will be refunded after deduction of the mailing and handling fees. Mailing fees will be charged again for any change and return of products.
Something You Need to Know
* It is the customer's responsibility to order the right size, color and style. Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for the dresses being made to the wrong size if inaccurate measurements were given when placing the order. Please read our size chart carefully while ordering!
